Introducing the newest member of the Office of Youth, Young Adult, and Campus Ministry - Mr. Patrick Meinster. Patrick is currently serving as the director of the Fairmont State Newman Center. He is an alumnus of Fairmont State and was heavily involved in campus ministry before applying for this new position last semester. Please continue to pray for Patrick as he transitions into this new role of walking with college students on their journey with Christ.

Harpers Ferry Q. Describe your perfect pepperoni roll A. The bigger the better!! Q. Tell us about your family I am the younger of two brothers. My mother was a middle school teacher and my father was a mailman. From them I learned patience and integrity. I'm happy to say they support my role as Newman Director! Q.What's your favorite way to pray? Alone, preferably in the woods next to some running water. God speaks in whispers! Q. What are your hobbies or special interests? In my spare time I'm usually playing video games with my old friends who have moved all over the country pursuing their careers. Q. What's been the funniest thing you've experienced during your time in ministry? There have been too many to count. If you're not laughing, you're not doing your job right! Q. What drew you to ministry? There's a sense of peace and joy in doing God's will that can't be found anywhere else in life. Q. What is it that keeps you in ministry? Seeing young people grown into the roles that God made for them is a rewarding experience like no other. Q. Do you have any advice for other ministers? Find your niche. God made you good at something. Find out what it is and give it your all.
