It is no secret, this time of year usually involves days of snow-covered everything. This prayer experience we want to share with you is perfect for this season! It's called "Snowball Prayer" This type of prayer works well with a larger group of people, but it fun for people of all ages. Snowball prayer can be used as a simple icebreaker as well as a prayer piece. How it works: -Give each person a piece of paper and a pencil -It should be anonymous, so they shouldn't write their name on ti -Have them write down a prayer intention for the world/universal Church. Give them a minute to write down their intention -Have them crumple their paper into a ball -Start some music and let them have a snowball fight with their paper -Once the music stops, everyone picks up a "snowball", reads the intention to themselves, then everyone takes a moment t intentionally pray for whatever was written on the paper -Once they've prayed, have them add a new intention to that paper. Usually for a different purpose, like "a prayer for your family/school/friend/yourself" -Do as many rounds of this as you want. Usually starting with broader intentions, to more personal ones. -Do a fnal prayer for all intentions mentioned here, then throw away the snowballs.
